Don't Worry About It, Predicted Marks Are Only Sent Off To The Ib And Confirmed If Something Happens To Your Exam Papers, God Forbid.
The schools and colleges will provide an estimated grade to the exam board (who may moderate it) based on the student’s achievement so far, and this will be treated the same as an actual grade.
